PHOTO DIARY

It is unbelievable how quickly time flies. Last month has passed even quicker due to Easter, preparation before them and some final deadlines at University. Still it was a very good month that included International Women’s Day and finally the calendar spring that started exactly 10 days ago. I have attended two birthday parties, but mainly we had a pleasure to greet a new member in our family! Little Yorkshire Terrier puppy called Nelly who is living in Gloucester with my parents :).

I would like to invite you to see some of the pictures I have taken during last month which I have prepared for you with a huge pleasure :)

SOMERSET HOUSE

“Take a deep breath and make it simple” is the only thing that comes into my mind whenever I see something like this. I know I am repeating myself, but it is unbelievable how many beautiful places there is that I have never seen and Somerset House is one of them. I keep wondering how is it possible to live there for so long, knew that this place exists and how important it is to the fashion in London, but still haven’t been there.

Let me clarify this for those of you who keep wondering what I am talking about. Many fashion weeks that too place in London and as far as I know the upcoming ones too, have taken place in Somerset House. Considering this beautiful architecture all around and its breath taking location, I am not surprised. Inside the Somerset House itself, there are exhibitions taking place too, so keep checking maybe there will be something worth visiting :).

SPRING IS IN THE AIR

Last couple of days have been unbelievably beautiful. The weather in London is magnificent and you can finally feel that spring is nearly here. It was a good occasion to finally take my new, bright yellow coat out of the wardrobe and put it on. I know that many of you have been waiting to finally see it on me, so I am not going to keep it any longer :). It is so beautiful itself that I have decided to keep it simple – as always :).

I had time in my life when I didn’t really get along with bright colours. I preferred everything in black, grey, white and powder pink. Last year was some kind of ice breaking for me and my wardrobe became quite colourful (but I still think that black is the biggest simple). My personal experience proved to me that colours make me feel more confident in my own skin which I think becomes quite visible :)

NEW IN

It has been a while since I showed you some of my new products. There is not many of them as around a month I started my shopping resolution. Even though I try not to buy too many clothes or cosmetics, I am just a woman and it is sometimes difficult to stay away when there is so many products that we could purchase. I have decided that I will not buy anything for the next three months (one month has passed, so only two more left :)) in order to fight my weaknesses. I believe that it is a good way to learn how to do shopping effectively.

WHITE JEANS AND CAMEL JACKET – AFTERNOON AT HOLLAND PARK

We all have our style and things that we would like to have in our wardrobe. Usually our style matches our personality and that is the reason why different people like different things. It has been a very long time when I have been looking for those ideal knee boots that would match my needs and certainly would stick to my legs while walking (I told you about those knee boots that kept rolling down my leg whenever I was moving). Thanks to my friend I was lucky enough to find them in my local store and they are just perfect! I wouldn’t be myself if I wouldn’t wear them next day, so here it is.

PHOTO DIARY

Another month has come to an end, but the same we are getting closer to spring. I don’t know how about you, but I am so looking forward to it! I wouldn’t mind winter if we would at least have a little bit of snow, but it never even looked like it will snow in England. Still February was a good month that brought me lot of joy, some hard work at university (I guess it would be surprising if a second year university student would say the opposite of that :)) and plenty of new images that I have just prepared for you to see. I hope you enjoy it! :)
